Falcon Five LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Chronosoma Labs, operates Resixo, an AI-powered project schedule analysis platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
By creating an account or using Resixo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We do not collect your full name, phone number, or payment card details.
When you upload a .XER or .MPP file, it is parsed into a structured internal format. Retention of this data depends on your subscription tier (see Section 4).
Your questions and AI-generated responses may be stored depending on your subscription tier.
Number of uploads, questions asked, Excel exports, approximate token consumption, and error logs. We do not collect IP addresses or device fingerprints beyond what is technically necessary for session management.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive only confirmation of payment, subscription plan, and a Stripe customer ID. We never store your credit card details.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train our own AI models with your schedule data.

"Session only" means the file is held in memory while your session is active and is not written to permanent storage. It is automatically discarded when your session ends (logout or browser close).
Free tier: Data may be used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve the platform. Not recommended for confidential projects.
Business tier: Nothing is retained except minimum usage statistics for billing verification.

Resixo is operated from the United States. Data may be transferred to and processed in the USA. For EU users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Resixo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We use only session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies.
We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification and by updating the date above.
