By creating an account or using Resixo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Resixo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Resixo is an AI-powered project schedule analysis platform that allows users to upload Primavera P6 (.XER) and Microsoft Project (.MPP) files, ask natural language questions about schedule data, and receive AI-generated analysis including critical path, DCMA assessments, baseline comparisons, lookahead planning, resource analysis, Gantt charts, and Excel/Word exports.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Resixo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. One account per user — multiple accounts to circumvent limits are prohibited.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months. We will notify you 30 days before any price increase.
You agree not to: upload files you do not own or have no right to process; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; exceed plan limits via automation; resell the Service without written consent; use the Service for illegal purposes; or attempt to access other users' data.
The Resixo platform is the exclusive property of Falcon Five LLC. You retain full ownership of all schedule files and data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs from your sessions may be freely used, copied, and shared by you.
By uploading a schedule file, you represent that you own it or have all necessary permissions to process it through a third-party service.
Oracle Corporation: Resixo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation. XER file parsing is performed using publicly documented specifications and the open-source MPXJ library.
Microsoft Corporation: Resixo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. MPP file parsing is performed using the open-source MPXJ library.
Open Source: This product uses MPXJ by Jon Iles (mpxj.org), licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). MPXJ source code is available at mpxj.org.
AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for project management decisions, contract claims, or legal proceedings. Resixo's analysis does not constitute professional engineering, scheduling, or legal advice. Always validate critical findings against your original schedule software.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Falcon Five LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or any schedule files you upload that infringe third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@resixo.co. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or risk to system integrity. Account data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (AAA rules) in Austin, Texas. Class action waiver applies.
